At Kager House, our design and planning phase begins with an Initial Consultation to understand your vision. We then develop detailed plans and handle permits and approvals, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.

Externally completed object
We prioritize foundational elements at Kager House. This includes basement installation, large format ceramic tiles, and waterproofing with Sika foil and drip caps. These steps ensure structural integrity and set the stage for further construction

Kager house kit
Our focus shifts to the production and delivery of your house kit from our Slovenian plant to the installation site. Once on-site, our skilled team undertakes the assembly process, meticulously constructing the exterior walls and roof to bring your vision to life.

Engineering works
Our attention turns to meticulous engineering work. This includes the installation of electrical systems, plumbing and drainage layout, and the implementation of energy-efficient climate systems. These crucial tasks are expertly executed to ensure the functionality and sustainability of your Kager House

Interior finishing works
In the final phase, our focus turns to interior enhancements. This includes plasterboard installation, cement screed floors, painting, floor covering and tiling, as well as the installation of switches, outlets, lighting, and plumbing. These meticulous finishing touches ensure your Kager House is not only structurally sound but also aesthetically pleasing and functional in every detail.
All technical details come from decades of experience from building various wooden structures and are based on the latest findings from friendly materials. The company was founded in the year 1989, but the first contacts with the prefabricated houses began in the 1970’s, when we acquired our knowledge and experience in the markets of America.

With this premise, we have developed a construction technology that only uses eco-compatible materials for the structural parts such as natural fibres, load-bearing panels and impregnating agents, which combine the guarantee of durability with high-level ecological characteristics.
All the wood used to build our houses comes from partners in possession of FSC and PEFC certifications, which attest to the utmost attention to environmental sustainability in the management of forest resources.
